The 5 bedroom house
The house is unpretentious, colourful and cheery. A happy fusion of styles, Indian furniture sits easily beside hand painted cutlery, tweed throws, mosaic bathrooms, brass wall lamps and an ornamental Pinaola.
The house has a relaxed bohemian flair, with a sea side feel and log cabin romance all rolled into one.
With laughter in the walls it is a creation of love and fun amassed by a family over 40 years.




Bedrooms & Bathrooms
- The Master Bedroom has a super king size bed overlooking the sea in front of a roaring fire with en suite bathroom.
With lots of space and an armchair by the fire this is a romantic hide away.
- The 2nd bedroom has a fitted bookcase, window seat, armchair and super king bed.
There are;
- 3rd and 4th bedrooms with double beds
- 1 twin room
- A family bathroom with bath, shower
and wc
- Shower room
- Separate wc
(Sleeps max 8 adults the house is just as fitting for 1 or 2 people - prices will reflect no of guests)




Power
The house is powered by solar panels and a petrol generator with batteries. You will need to turn the generator on for about an hour everyday for electricity for light. (there are gas lamps if you prefer) The coal fire in the sitting room provides the heat for your hot water.
Living Spaces
While adults relax in front of the wood burning stove and gaze at the birds, dear seals and stars, children can play happily upstairs in the muralled playroom.
In the sitting room there is a writing desk, music system, tones of books, board games and an ornamental Pianola for guests to enjoy.
The playroom has 2 children's sofa beds and a boat bed.
The large kitchen has ample storage and surface space, a large fridge freezer and toaster. The new gas cooker has 8 hobs, 2 ovens and a grill.
Opening onto the kitchen is a dining area with a large table for 10 adults to merrily feats on fresh seafood or highland beef.
There is a washing machine and clothes line outside, back door bootroom with wc and a font door entrance way.
